A key benefit of PLED technology is the ability to deposit layers in the display using printing processes such as ink-jet printing. CDT is not alone. Last year, Seiko Epson demonstrated a 40-inch model based on printed PLED technology.

Digitalcube has announced that it plans to release its new PMP 'i-station V43' with 4.3 inch TFT-LCD.

It employs the AMD multimedia processor, so it offers a variety of format such as Divx, xvid, and WMV. Digitalcube has completed the license contract with MS concerning WMV and it plans to support WMV to its all future product lines.

Digitalcube said that with this new model, they can compete with SONY in PSP market. This V43 model comes in three types, standard, NAVI, and DMB. Suggesting price is about 500,000(KW)
